No — the content is aligned with SCA modules (Foundation, Barista Skills), but we are not an accredited SCA training centre. For official SCA certificates we can put you in touch with the right people.

Ideally café practice already, or at least the Barista Foundation plus two months of your own practice. We check in advance whether the training is the right fit.
90 min theory in writing (40 multiple-choice questions + 5 open). Practical: three espressos and three cappuccinos in 12 min, scored on speed, consistency and Latte Art.
Four hours on equipment budget, machine choice, costing, staffing, suppliers. With the concrete experience of Nicola (own roastery) and Rami (Modo Berlin).
Days 1, 2, 5 in Oranienburg: lunch at Maisto Caffè included (Italian, small, good). Days 3, 4 in Berlin: you organise it yourself — four cafés within walking distance.
Self-organised: S1 to Oranienburg (45 min from Berlin Hauptbahnhof). We recommend the AB+C day ticket.
Material and coffee fully included. Lunch on days 3/4 not. Travel between Berlin and Oranienburg not.
Yes — 50 % at booking, 50 % at the start of the course. Longer instalment plans on request.
