The website is hosted on servers of Hetzner Online GmbH (Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen) in Germany. When you visit the site, the web server briefly stores data in a log file (IP address, date/time, requested page, user agent). These are deleted after at most 7 days. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) f GDPR — legitimate interest in secure operation.
This website sets no cookies. We use the browser's localStorage only to remember that you closed an info notice. This is technically necessary and exempt from consent under § 25 (2) TDDDG.
We use fonts (Big Shoulders Display, Public Sans, Bricolage Grotesque, DM Mono) hosted locally on our server. No connection is made to Google Fonts or any external font provider.
When you write to us via the contact form, your local email client opens. The form data is not transmitted to a server — the enquiry goes directly from your mail client to us. We process your data only to answer your enquiry (legal basis: Art. 6 (1) b GDPR) and delete it at the latest three months after the matter is closed, provided no booking has taken place.
We use a two-click solution: the map only loads after you explicitly click 'Load map'. The provider is the OpenStreetMap Foundation, St John's Innovation Centre, Cowley Road, Cambridge, CB4 0WS, UK.
