The Foundation teaches the heart. The Intensive builds on that and takes you through tulips, swan, multi-layer and etching — with video review.

You should already be able to pull espresso and steam milk. Anyone who has done the Foundation is exactly in the right place. Anyone working in a café, even more so.

Yes — as an MP4 download after the course. Including trainer audio commentary with the three most important points to work on.

Coffee, water, snacks unlimited. You organise lunch yourself — four good options within five minutes' walk.

Eight hours of standing with breaks. We have stools. If you have back problems, let us know.

No — the chapters build on each other. If you only want to practise etching, you're better off in a Private Lesson.

Six to ten espressos per person. We recommend going caffeine-free the evening before and getting enough sleep.

Anyone who did the Foundation gets a 30 € discount on the Intensive within 60 days. Mention it in the contact form.

With a doctor's note we reschedule, free of charge, to the next date within three months.

From four people from the same company onwards we'd rather do a Corporate workshop — usually better tailored and cheaper overall.
